GREW UP DURING HOLOCAUST. ANTISEMITIC LAWS. BEATEN UP ON THE STREET. GHETTO.

He was 12, 13, 14 during the years of the holocaust.

Jews were living under discriminatory laws. Was forbidden to walk the streets after 9 p.M., shop at certain hours of the day or have a bar mitzvah, beaten up by hooligans in the street, pushed into ghettos.

One night, he saw crowds of people approaching his building shouting “death to america. Death to the jews.”

“I am disappointed people have not learned the lesson of the Holocaust.”
